Flier Steering Craft Seminar

“The most beautiful and profound emotion we can experience is the sensation of the mystical.” – Albert Einstein

SATURDAY, MAY 14, 2015, 1 – 4 PM SEMINAR:***

Where: YOGANICS IN KAINALIU, 79-7401 Mamalahoa Hwy, Kealakekua

Harness the power within to create the ideal life, connections, health and happiness you choose. In this dynamic, informative and fun workshop we’ll explore the essence of the nature of our body intelligence, the mind and the causal levels of our being.

We’ll look at some of the newest neuroscience and studies of epigenetics to see how in many cases they confirm long-held beliefs about the multi-dimensional human being. In other ways, evolutionary medicine and education are exploding old myths about the human brain and growth potential.

What matters is how we navigate life using the functions and faculties of the mind and body we have to harness emotions, memories and thoughts towards meaningful movement and fulfillment. Our perceptions change as consciousness is continually being reorganized by internal realizations and environmental influences. Tiny changes can make big leaps possible. As we move our bodies, the mind moves, and that movement changes everything.

In Steering the Craft, you’ll learn about the five yogic Koshas, subtle energy sheathes that operate like separate but connected brains or windows on the world. As we learn their subtle messages, we wake up more of our whole body intelligence, purpose and joy.

A real sense of wholeness, true health, vision and well-being evolves and all of the subtle bodies flow in harmony, bringing more coherence and connectedness to our planet.

—————————-SATURDAY, MAY 14, 2015, 3-HOUR SEMINAR:

Learn how yoga liberates your natural intelligence and coherence for smooth sailing. Unleash your best and highest self and harness all your energies for the core values guiding your life. Find and cultivate your Big Idea!

Research has shown that meditating on your “big idea” – the Goddess, God, Patanjali, Buddha, Compassion, Love, Jesus, God, Pele, your Higher Self, or a lifelong goal — for even a few minutes changes your brain and changes your body. On the other hand, moving your body changes the brain, which changes your capacity for accomplishing or drawing closer to your “big idea.”

How? Through the koshas, the yogic energy sheathes that carry our heritage and radiate our purpose in life, we learn to navigate experiences with more finesse and perspective.

In the serene or stormy waters of life, the body is a vehicle, the heart is the compass, the mind is the sail and the spirit is the wind. When moving in harmony, the soul flows easily with purpose, direction and delight.

What is your big idea? Know it, fertilize it and flourish it on Saturday.

Please register now to learn how to navigate life’s journey with more health, balance and moving in powerful new directions. Space is limited.
