2). Ease-casting through movement, meditation, sound, and consciousness techniques, so that activities in space flow effortlessly.
3). Experiencing space as an alive, vibrant medium which is just as important to movement as the physical body itself.
4). Becoming conscious of space, mind, and the dynamic forces of movement within space, and learning to let the physical body, follow, appreciate, participate with these movements, ease into them.
