Saturday, 12 Noon – 4 pm: HEALING M’OCEAN INTENSIVE ~ Learn the Seven Sacred Directions ~ Experience ancient dance, exuberant improvisation, and ease-casting choreography in this celebration of evolutionary movement. Everybody can do Yoga Dance. You’ll learn the Tsalagi 133,000-year-old Sacred Dance to the Directions, Wave Motion, and tap the fluid motion of 4.5 billion-year-old cellular intelligence that will make you look 10 years younger and feel 20 years younger but have the wisdom of a sage!
Friday Night, 7 – 9 pm: Learn the “Moving Spiral,” “Dance to the Directions,” & “Fire Dances” that engage every cell in your body. Move authentically and inspire your inner healer in “Form/No Form” improvisational structures that massage the fluid body and supple mind into nature’s next miracle for your health, creativity, and enlightenment as well as planetary healing.
