But trauma, pain, and unresolved issues can obstruct the tissues until we release them and unbind the trigger points around knots of tension.

We’ll explore the internal fascial net and the metaphor of Indra’s Net for a renewal of your inner and outer journey. A restricted fascial system can lead to symptoms of negativity, pain, and chronic feelings of unworthiness. Ultimately, Fascial Fitness restores a full embodiment, more relationship integrity, and your natural optimism.

Evolutionary Yoga Flow’s mindfulness-based solutions can help. You’ll experience refreshing movement and Yogic dreaming practices in the Saturday workshop and receive written resources to guide you in your home practice and help relieve neck, back, shoulder, and hip pain while lifting your mood and outlook on life.
