Rewrite the Future -- May 17th at New Thought Center

Sacred Movement & Mythic Healing
Aloha, Kakou! Love to us All!
Do you wish to be brave, present, awake, and in awe, no matter what is happening?
With the shocking events happening in our world — from disease to political chaos, wars, ethnic cleansing, fascist leanings, and severe, climate change-driven dread – fully seeing, acting wisely, and staying motivated can be challenging.
But… when you have an appetite for joy and enchantment, know sacred ways to stay blissfully embodied while working for regeneration in the world, and are supported by a spiritually aligned circle of friends, you engage great resilience and power.
Those of us born into patriarchal, capitalistic, and industrial societies must reckon with the deep ancestral roots of being part of a world that is so entrenched in colonial and imperialistic ways of thinking. Some of yesterday’s myths are hurting the very people who espouse them, yet they are so widespread and embedded in the unconscious that we easily forget them.
But there they are, in the body, ticking away like a time-bomb.
Luckily, we can change. We do change. When our myths change.
Please join us this Saturday for EMBRACE NEW MYTHS, the fourth in a series of powerful Love Continuum events that draw on the wisdom of Shamanic Healing, the Four Directions, and intrinsic Movements and Chants that invigorate the multi-dimensional body, cleanse your heart and luminous energy field, and tap your Souls’ wisdom.

WHY MYTHOLOGY?
Myths offer bridges to the Mysteries of life. Our legends, stories, fables, and myths carry timeless wisdom and moral lessons. Remember the Tortoise and the Hare, Aesop’s Fable? This classic tale shows that persistence and steady effort can lead to success, even when facing seemingly stronger competition.
Only in the last several centuries have we seen how dangerous myths about conflict and war together with suppression of shamanic practices that support balance and harmony have collided to cause instability.
For example, the Book of Revelation has had a profound impact on modern literature and culture, shaping everything from apocalyptic fiction to political discourse. The metaphor of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse bringing conquest, war, famine, and death shapes global crises through the invisible fabric of subconscious belief has shaped a myth of destruction and chaos.
Its influence extends beyond religious circles, shaping discussions about power, morality, and the future of humanity.
When we adopt new, more empowering myths that nurture our ability to dream, to visualize a new body and a new world into being, we connect with the forces of creation.
Imagine a world where the apocalyptic imagery of collapse were transformed into a vision of renewal and regeneration! If the Four Horsemen represent conquest, war, famine, and death, their new mythic counterparts could embrace balance, harmony, sustenance, and life. Instead of the Four Horsemen, we can harvest a different sense of meaning and understanding from the Four Directions.
In the East, the place of Air, we welcome the Spirit of Wisdom and Clarity. Instead of conquest, the East represents new beginnings, insight, and communication. Like the breath of life, Air carries messages of renewal and transformation, guiding humanity toward enlightenment rather than domination.
In the South, the place of Fire, we can welcome the Spirit of Passion and Creation. Rather than war and destruction, fire symbolizes energy, purification, and creativity. It is the force that warms, inspires, and fuels progress—turning conflict into passionate rebirth and purposeful action.
In the West, place of Water, we invite the support of the Spirits of Healing & Nourishment. Opposing famine, water brings sustenance, adaptability, and emotional depth. It cleanses, restores, and flows in a cycle of renewal, ensuring abundance rather than scarcity.
In the North, traditionally the place of Earth, we invoke the Spirit of Stability & Growth. Instead of death as an ending, Earth signifies groundedness, resilience, and regeneration. It is where seeds grow, where ancestors’ wisdom lives, and where life is continuously reborn.
This mythic shift from destruction to restoration moves the narrative from fear to hope, embracing a vision where spiritual forces work together to heal the world rather than destroy it.
DIRECT REVELATIONS
The Love Continuum practices form a window into the much more ancient tradition of Shamanic Healing. There is an even older tradition that pours into Love Continuum, however, and that is the spiral and the wave movements that precede human evolution and form the basis of all life.
Direct revelations are the foundation of the shaman’s path, and in the Love Continuum spaces fostered by gathering in Sacred Space, journeying with evocative music, liberating movement, and time-tested ceremonial traditions, we embark on a voyage of self-discovery that brings new meaning into the purpose of incarnation and the gifts we offer.
We need nourishment, wisdom, joy, and support from our myths. Our worldviews don’t have to come only from we’ve received from parents, teachers, the culture we grew up in, and not even what the world actually looks like.
Our world view comes from how we view the world. Our perspectives and our psychosomatic perceptual systems, the shapes, strength, and dexterity of our physical bodies, provide structural support for what we make of the world and what makes the world we live in.
In the May 17th Love Continuum gathering, we will explore:
1. Your Creation and Embodiment stories: your personal myths.
2. How collective myths affect your current and ancestors’ lives.
3. Soul Retrieval meditation for bringing all parts of Being back home.
4. How subconscious myths are “playing” out in lives and affecting your Momentum Tunnel
5. Natural ways to surrender unwanted myths and habits & discover yourself as already whole & free.
6. How to invite an Ancestral Ally to assist in healing injury and disease.
Feel more spacious and calm amid the haste and chaos. Making time for reflection, inquiry, integration, and creativity is essential for staying in balance during these uncertain times.
If you’ve been looking for the sweet spot that will feed your craving for doing more in less time, feeling peaceful when the world seems – or is – at war, and expanding the boundaries of your life by updating internal beliefs, please come and be ready to fulfill your desires.
You will discover hidden powers within that can make life healthier, more balanced, and more meaningful. Love Continuum has 8 Sutras, or stitches, that thread together into a web of support fed by the practices for a feast of well-being.
You will receive a take-home resource the provides foundational knowledge of these 8 main principles – essentially, a review of the Love Continuum work we’ve been doing over the last year. So if you missed some of the ceremonial bio-shamanic dances that began last June, you’ll want to fill in the blanks of your knowledge in this blissful 4-hour event.
You will enjoy playlists of trance-inducing music, writings on Shamanism, Continuum, ancient meditations and new sounds for higher frequency states, and a kindred community that sees who you really are and loves you for it.
Please join us for a sacred circle, ceremony, and joyful, rich, deep movement that will change your life for the better and help to rewrite our shared future.
