Be. Breathe. Enjoy a Yoga Ritual. Align with all of Nature, from the atoms to the mountains and from the breath to the stars. Evolutionary Yoga Flow, like all true Yoga practices, engages the inner fountain of embodied intelligence. Rising up the spine, the sacred Yoga energy — kundalini — rejuvenates our glands, organs, limbs, senses, thoughts, and especially, our Souls.

Centered in your Soul, every generous stretch, vigorous rhythm, and healing chant offers an opening, new learning, deeper attunement, and wisdom. We stop aging and start youth-ing. We stop clinging to pain and pleasure, gain and loss. We grow up while our bodies calm down.

In these relaxing, playful, energizing classes, we cleanse and clear the mind, body, and luminous energy fields. Drawing from the ancient wisdom teachings as well as the arts, poetry, neuroscience, and anatomy, we focus on a theme, story, or symbol in each class.

Classical yoga postures, like flowers on a lei, are woven together with the thread of the breath to deepen our theme. We honor the Yoga of India, the land of Hawaii, and the Spirits of our families, cultures, and traditions. We offer gratitude for the many gifts we develop through Yoga, helping us to share a healing presence in the world.

Closing with a heavenly sunset meditation by candlelight.
