WAKE UP THE DREAMER: A Workshop Journey to Embody Your Soul

The temple of the body, this powerful vehicle for our adventure on Earth, is our best friend in this lifetime. Our unique organization of neurons, muscles and bones interweave to make a fully realized human being, operating in three domains simultaneously: the primordial, the cultural and the cosmic arenas of movement, each with its own language, nourishment and expressive needs. All our relationships, philosophies, sciences, arts, stories and practical and spiritual endeavors are rooted in our experience and perception of this multi-dimensional body.

Join us for a journey through the evolution of the body, which echoes the evolution of life on Earth. Practices of Contemplative Connectivity, Compassion and Creativity will help awaken the Dreamer inside you and recover more core consciousness. In solo meditations, movements, partner-assisted stretches, “yogassage” and group moving experiences, you’ll engage Prana, the life force, and draw from the fields of aliveness, alluded to in ancient traditions as the Akashic Field, the Spirit World and the Dreamtime, and is conceived in modern physics as the Unified or Quantum Field. Buddhists call this interweaving of emptiness and energy in space our “common ground of being,” accessible through the four foundations of mindfulness.

In Evolutionary Yoga Flow, we tap into this nurturing field through the wisdom of the body. Concentration, alignment and the breath ignite the creative fire and illuminate our true nature in harmony with all of Nature.

The entire spectrum of Yoga emerged from its essence, expressed in the word Yoga, which means “to unite, to merge.” A living art and science, Yoga offers an experience of wholeness, an alignment of inner spiritual truth and presence in the outer world.
